Thanks, it was what I looking for, but for some reason it do not whowed  
when I searched with this parameters :
squid transparent apache
The only result was something like "my network" with a description from 
yours when courrent version of shorewall was 2.2.5 !

It is already working, the redirect line now is this :

REDIRECT    local    3128    tcp    80    -    !192.168.1.1

Off course, 192.168.1.1 is the address of the gateway/firewall/proxy in 
internal network .
