     Sorry, sorry, sorry!
     In two sentences i made mistake twice. I am fixing them accordingly:

  1. IMQ WAS replaced by IFB.

  2. It's true for one to one interfaces (one external and one internal).
But if we have several interfaces in same direction we MUST use aggregating
device (as is IFB) for have one control under inbound traffic queues (so as
one device don't know anything about queues another devices and can't lend
or borrow bandwidth).
