I installed shorewall 4.0.11. <http://4.0.11.> When setting interfaces conf file, I found that the network interface is venet0:0
I put venet0:0 in interfaces conf and shorewall check show it is wrong.

Any help on this matter ?

venet0:0 is _NOT_ an interface. venet0 is an interface. venet0:0 is a label for an address on that interface and is only recognized by the obsolete ifconfig utility.
