What you're looking for is an HTTP proxy of some sort.  Have a look at Squid or even Apache.  Using those you can set up what you want.

Hi and thanks to ALL in advance.

I do apologize as this might be a stupid question to some of you experts
but I am a new to shorewall.

How can I block a specific url?

Aka, I don't want anybody hitting mysite.com/fooooo from outsite the
firewall???

That isn't possible with a packet filter like Shorewall/Netfilter.
