Hi, I am porting a Shorewall user interface for traffic control that was done at a time when Shorewall had only seemingly three configuration files for tc: tcdevices, tcrules and tcclasses. TheShorewall version that will be used is the current one which has more files for conguring traffic control. My question is, as a first porting step, would it be possible for the current Shorewall to configure traffic control using only these three devices rules and classes files or does the current version absolutely needs also the newer configuration parameters to appy traffic control ?
