Thank for your response,
1.- I tested the cables and they are ok. Aside, the network
communication inside the "loc" and "cus" zones are working Ok and there
is no report of any communicactions erros in the interface cards.
2.- Each network have they own separate switch and I am sure there is
not a bridge between them (by cable or wireless).
3.- I will start the packet analysis later today.
