Shorewall 4.0 has no IPv6 support. So all you can do is to set
DISABLE_IPV6=No in shorewall.conf. That will allow all IPv6 traffic into
and out of your firewall.

If you plan on implementing IPv6 though, I suggest that you upgrade to
Shorewall 4.5 where you can use Shorewall6, the IPv6 component of Shorewall.
