my dirs:
shorewall/{common,host1.example.com,host2.exmaple.com}
in shorewall/common/: there are a few macros and params (the common
params eg: admin's network etc).
in shorewall/host1.example.com the config files and in the params the line:
INCLUDE ../common/params
