Does

imply that shorewall's traffic shaping cannot be used on a home router to 
differentially restrict traffic on networks served by internal network 
interfaces?

I'm envisioning to restrict the wireless/fun network on eth2 to 20% of the 
BW, while having the work related one on eth1 unrestricted.
