I've been hearing about firewalld and how this will become the default in
future releases of Redhat and therefore CentOS. Its possible it might show
up in other places like Ubuntu, maybe even Debian.

Shorewall has been great, we use Puppet and an excellent Shorewall module
which makes managing a distributed firewall configuration very easy.
I didn't find anything regarding Shorewall support. Is there any plan to
support this?
