There's a lot more in that page than you need - specifically you don't need any 
of the routing rules, providers file, etc.
All you need to do is specify rules in the masq file, have a line that masqs 
your own internal IP to one of the public IPs, and then another line that masqs 
everything else in the internal network to the other IP.
