Hello Sergiu, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To avoid any further issues with this licensing conflict, I have removed swping from the Contrib directory at shorewall.org. For some time, FOOLSM has been the preferred link monitor for use with Shorewall and I had frankly forgotten that swping was still on the ftp and web sites. It will take several hours before it disappears from the mirrors (including www.shorewall.net).
