It works on another shorewall system with Squid and SSLbump (port 443).
In any case, my current example only deals with HTTP:
TPROXY(3129) $IF_LAN:$PROXY_SOURCE_WAN $PROXY_DESTINATION_WAN
tcp 80
The connection I was trying to make was 10.215.144.48 --- 104.113.250.104:80.
I suspect Squid in TProxy config cannot access the internet the way I
have my providers configured in Shorewall.
I'll keep working on it.
