I have try to change the cable, none is changed.

All PC and Notebook (with 1 Gb nic adapter) are connected on a 1 Gb
Switch, together LAN server interface. WAN server interface is connect
to 1 Gb router switch. 

All PC/NB pass through the firewall to connect to internet and
speedtest run on these  PC/NB go to <99 Mbit/s.

Also NB connect direct on server go to  <99 Mbit/s, but if I connect it
to router go to 900,00 Mbit/s, like Speed Test run on server.

I have check this condition and my shorewall config is same on other
server, none rate limit connections is active.
