You can use the default one, /devices/16x16/camera-photo. On a side note about icons, I looked in the /usr/share/shotwell/icons folder and I noticed that doesn't follow the standard naming spec, so if you want to change an icon you have to overwrite the original one. Would be great if you can change this.
