We currently don't have any publishing modules that use XML-RPC.  If you
wanted to publish directly to Wordpress, that would need to be made
available.

There is probably a library out there (perhaps many) that can do this.  I
believe libsoup has some support built-in as well.  That would be the way to
do (rather than write your own routines in Vala).

If you're serious about moving forward on this, I recommend reading
http://trac.yorba.org/wiki/ShotwellArchitectureOverview (especially
http://trac.yorba.org/wiki/ShotwellArchPhotoPublishing) and adding a ticket
for this to our Trac server at http://trac.yorba.org so we can track
