In shotwell 0.9 the shotwell viewer is displaying the embedded thumbnail
in .nef files as opposed to generating a .jpg. I'm fairly certain 0.8
generated jpgs. When I open shotwell with no arguments I can view a
generated jpg, but if I open with "shotwell dsc_0013.nef" I get just the
thumbnail, which looks awful. Is this an intentional change?
