On a newly installed 'Natty' system (actually Mint 11 which looks like Natty) I have not been able to start Shotwell 0.11, or indeed an earlier version 0.9. I see there were some queries a couple of weeks ago with similar symptoms. What I get is a blank window on startup with sometimes a blank 'Welcome' window too, although that isn't always the case. There's no response to any visible controls, and eventually the process has to be killed. This happens with Shotwell from the ppa, and also with a compiled version. I can't believe this is unique, so is this an active issue? I can see some similar stuff in Lauchpad but it takes ages just to trawl the last week's bug reports so I may have overlooked a relevant one.
