Dominique,
if you enable Shotwell's option to store metadata in photo files, then
Shotwell will store tags there and the tags will follow along when you
move the files to another Shotwell library. See

Unfortunately this won't work for videos or RAW photos. Maybe we'll be
able to store those items' tags and other metadata externally at some
point, which will make it easier to share this information;
