Hi Eric, To build Shotwell 0.14, you'll need 1.x versions of at least the following packages: gstreamer, gstreamer-devel, gstreamer-plugins-base, and gstreamer-plugins-base-devel. rpmfind.net seems to indicate that at least some of these packages are available as binary rpms. See http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=pkgconfig%28gstreamer-1.0%29 for more information.
