Hi Dmitry, This is a known issue. You should be able to fix this by completely removing Shotwell and re-installing the 0.14.0 package from the Yorba PPA. This was due to a mistake on our end: we published the Shotwell and GExiv2 packages to our PPA in the wrong order and did not fix the problem until yesterday evening, U.S. Pacific Time. The problem should be fixed now. The associated bug ticket for the issue is http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/6618.
