Uh oh, this was probably an unintended side effect of us making the
projects private (we also had to temporarily remove the few external
contributers we have from the projects, so maybe that confused
Redmine). I can't look into it at this moment, but in a few hours I'll
see if I can undo the damage. Sorry about that!
