Or if you're planning to use only your image + your feed, then you should disable BB_GIT_CLONE_FOR_SRCREV in your conf/local.conf and repository will parse much faster. You won't download all git repositories with git clone (even repositories you will never use). Only downside of removing BB_GIT_CLONE_FOR_SRCREV is that your localy build packages from git will have LOWER version then coresponding package in shr feed.
