I agree that we shouldn't leave the overcommit setting differently after
quitting navit thn it was before. Actually I would say that we should be
very careful in modifying this value at all. THis is a major change on
how kernel memory allocation functions and should only be done with
great caution and examination of side-effects. IMHO.

It might be beneficial to enable it all the time, or it might kill
processes at random, when everyone actually starts claiming the memory
the kernel has promised them...
