Sorry, I can't promise anything, but I'd love to stop by for those 2
days. Even if I'm rather useless during codesprints, I think it would be
superexciting to have some.

Not wanting to plug my own stuff, but there is still shr-config around
which uses statically compiled modules for settings windows. I just
resurrected it and made it compile with current vala. While the code is
certainly a vala beginner's code and needs quite some improvement, it is
a start... (and it was done at a time when there was no e/glib integration)
