IIRC: try to rebuild gtk+-native
last time I've seen that I got the feeling that staged gtk config (maybe some
gtk*.m4
as those Makefile.am are IIRC refering to GTK_LIBS directly was replaced
with soom other version probably from gdk-pixbuf or glib-2.0.
