Hey all,

There's an issue that has been bugging me for long. Today, we restart
daemons after we install them (for instance, frameworkd, phonefsod
fsodeviced and etc).
I think it's a very bad (annoying) idea. It mostly stops normal behavior of
the phone and it's plain annoying. The only reason to do such things
is to make sure that an application that depends on a daemon that changed
API (in the new version) will work without a restart of the phone,
but intsead, we get that nothing works without a resatrt.

In my point of view, it's better to just stop restarting daemons while they
are working and interffering with normal phone operations, if someone will
want
to restrart it on his own, he will.
Think about it, when you upgrade daemons on your desktop, do they restart on
their own?

What do you guys think?
