I checked it with mdbus2:
# mdbus2 -s org.freesmartphone.ogsmd /org/freesmartphone/GSM/Device
org.freesmartphone.GSM.Monitor.GetNeighbourCellInformation
( [ { "foffset": 0, "timea": 0, "cba": 0, "bsic": 24, "lac": 63,
"cid": 6593, "ctype": 2, "rac": 1, "rxlevam": 3, "arfcn": 981, "c1":
19, "c2": 19, "cbq": 0, "roffset": 0, "toffset": 0, "rxlev": 20 }, {
"foffset": 534512, "timea": 1972, "cba": 0, "bsic": 27, "lac": 23,
"cid": 44703, "ctype": 2, "rac": 2, "rxlevam": 3, "arfcn": 827, "c1":
7, "c2": 7, "cbq": 0, "roffset": 0, "toffset": 0, "rxlev": 8 } ] )
In the old version, for e.g. cid 6593 I saw an u'19c1'. If you have
some old logfiles from frameworkd you could see that in it too.
