You probably get this more regularly then you'd like, but where to start on this project without stepping on any body's toes? There's a question. Maybe I could just fill out bug reports on Trac for other people to fix. I've a few from the image I installed last week (shr-unstable)
My phone is plugged into the USB cable but no network for usb0 that's already in there as trac ticket #1173 My phone's plugged into the USB and the status is charging but it's battery is actually loosing power. Since I plugged it in this morning it's gone down from 46% charged to 41%. I've switched it off and I'll wait till I get it connected to the mains to see if that's any better. When I look at a number I've dialled in the phone log I have the option to store that number in my contacts. If I select that option the contacts window is display momentarily but then dies and I'm back immediately to phone log. I'm not even going to start on the keyboard! I've not seen those two bugs in Trac but there's a lot of stuff in there. I'm currently building SHR-U on this machine in the hope that I could maybe look at a fixing a bug. So where to start. I don't want to make a mess in the core of the project but perhaps I could start with some of the User Interfaces. All the trac tickets have names assigned to the bugs so can I play? I know you don't want to baby sit another clueless but it's the only way I'm going to get a clue ;-) Great work so far to you all but you've a ways to go yet.
