Bump. Come on, I've been trying to build SHR-U for _ages_ now. It's getting old...
I _have_ read the Wiki, I _have_ re-installed Ubuntu (several times), I _have_ started from scratch (several times), but SHR-u won't build. I'm planning to sink hours into this project, but this keeps me from doing so. It should be more easy to join, but it's pretty hard. Remember how we scolded OpenMoko inc. for making it so hard to join? This is the same.... Or, to repeat another request that's been made before: Could someone, pretty please with sugar and cream on top, make a virtual machine image available that 'just works' (as in: type 'make' and the software is built. Change a file somewhere, type 'make' and the software is built, ready to be copied to the FR for testing. No .ipk, just the compiled binary. I could totally live with that). Either that, or you lose an eager dev. Your choice...
