Well, yes you can use it, but it uses your Python’s sys.prefix as
installation prefix so, you'd need to change the sql files installation
path and to change the db_upgrade.py source to make it fetch the upgrade
scripts from places like
$prefix/share/freesmartphone/opimd/upgrade-${ver}.sql
I would have preferred this behaviour, but since you used a relative
path from the .py script, I changed the setup.py consequently...
