We have FSO managing all the devices. So it comes that try'n to accessing it with subsystem tools leads to busy resources. And SHR which is the main end node client does not implement VoIP yet. So you're not missing anything. SHR is missing VoIP :-)
I suggest to create a ticket or so, to remind our nice devs to implement it.
I'm sadly very busy right now with learning for exams, and basically even this

But I hope someone will look for it soon, else I'll look for VoIP around march
