Hmm, not quite fair actually ;) First this is just a toolchain... and not the complete distro building thing. And second this is for apt based systems only... What if you have Fedora? Or ArchLinux? Or even gentoo ;) So, for the toolchain it would be downloading a tarball and extracting it (Which should be ok for a developer).
