We should before talk about the first two questions, then we
can choose which languages should be installed by default.
I ask
developers to say their opinion about it: 

        * Using git and edit the
files manually is very un-user-friendly :) Translation should be easy to
be done, so I think Launchpad or Transifex should be the correct places
to do them. Launchpad allows to manage translations between different
milestones, too.
        * It's impossible to correctly localize SHR and the
other programs by hand, so I think this is needed in order to make SHR
more usable :)
