The way to fix this is to either implement resource control in
only one of those facilities or teach them to collaborate (recommended).

Do you have an idea on how to do that?

Hi

Could I also ask whether ConnMan is an official part of the FSO solution?

Currently FSO only provides a not-ready-to-use plugin for connman so connman can activate a PDP session via fsogsmd.

What I mean is, should graphical SHR networking applications be talking to
ConnMan instead of controlling network interfaces by other means, such
as wpa_supplicant, dhclient, etc.

Yes thats how it should work in our wet dreams. We ever wanted to integrate FSO with connman so we have all-in-all network management solution. The UI should use the same API to maintain all network services and not accessing several tools like wpa_supplicant or dhclient.
