I did also try sometime ago with the same result as you get, swapon takes ages. I dropped it and does it some way like someone else suggested. Do a opkg install in small portions: 1. First I stop frameworkd '/etc/init.d/frameworkd stop', just to be sure to have enough memory 2. Install all frameworkd files marked upgradable 3. Rest of my application marked upgradable 4.
