Check if you have fso-monitord running. It can launch gsm0710muxd
automatically even if fso-abyss is specified in config, and as easy to
predict: two muxers running at once don't like themselves :P

Check fsousaged and your FSO configuration. It changed, and that
configuration is needed to work!
