Because of the nature of this type of connection, this is ok and quite normal.
Dont worry about that. It is not your real problem. You don't need an gprs-proxy (when you want to connect your fr to the internet). can you give us the log between /ip-up finished and terminating on signal 15, as this is the real intetesting part.
