Yes, there is a bug raised on it I think, and it sporadicly causes threads on the list - search for WSOD! If it happens, resuspend the phone (click the power button and try and hit the invisible button - it still works if u can find it!) - after a few suspend/resume cycles it will temporarily clear :(
Some people have cured it by using an older 2.6.28 and not a 2.6.29 kernel. For me, it randomly happens when I use Qi, but u-boot has never had a WSOD (2.6.28).
