There are a couple of approaches to do it, first of all, when do you do it? only on first boot? what do you do if the first boot is without a sim? So you do it every time a new sim is inserted? What about people who travel and switch sim cards? And there's of course the problem with people who travel and don't switch sims. In other words, we need to think this through and choose a solution, we already discussed it many times though. My suggestion: Every time a new sim is inserted it should pop a dialog on boot suggesting the change with verbose information about what will be changed (from what to what). -- Tom.
