I would have created a recipe already, but it's impossible. Bitbake can't 
handle such download URL's. It will download a file with the name: 
index.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=1 and it doesn't know how to extract 
that.
So if the auther can provide proper download directory with proper URL's i 
will create a recipe.
