Just load the state (alsactl restore -f YOURSTATE), and then issue:
mdbus2 -s org.freesmartphone.odeviced /org/freesmartphone/Device/Audio
org.freesmartphone.Device.Audio.SaveScenario NAME_OF_STATE
For instance:
alasctl restore -f gsmhandset.state
mdbus2 -s org.freesmartphone.odeviced /org/freesmartphone/Device/Audio
org.freesmartphone.Device.Audio.SaveScenario gsmhandset
