You're to impatient. When I bind my own screenlock to AUX (after a
reflash or a switch from illume-1 to illume-2 or vv.) I have to repeat
the bind 2 or 3 times until it works. Then, after every reboot, I must
go into illume-settings -> input -> key bindings, select XF86phone,
press AUX and then "apply" to get my lock working.
