If you're seeing this only when you activate the quick settings screen
early after boot, then it's a known issue (and I submitted a patch to fix
it in shr-devel). - Workaround for now: don't press the power button early
after boot.
If you see the error even if you first activate quick-settings way after
startup is finished, then it means something is broken in dbus/on the
other side of the bus.
