Yep, called my voice mail. Voice mail did recognize the keypad keys just fine.

In addition, I did let the phone suspend itself and wake it up and then call my 
office phone. Worked just fine. However, I never had any WSOD (or similar) 
problem on my phone.

I also suspended my phone and called it from my office line. It woke up fine 
and started vibrating (I usually switch to the "Vibrate" profile). I could 
accept the call. However, when rejecting the phone keeps vibrating for a while 
until voice mail takes over. I'm not sure if it's just slow or ignores tapping 
on "reject".
