sorry, after this morning's upgrade i'm back on this. i'm not definitely
not getting incoming SMS, i get the "storage is full" message on boot.
but in settings -> phone -> SIM information, it says "used:14 slots:50"
and the "used" seems to increase by one a few seconds after each SMS that
i send to the phone.
am i right in thinking this statistic in settings is telling me the number
of slots taken on the SIM by messages, and that's it's currently not full?
if so, could anyone suggest where else i might look to find out why i'm
not being notified of incoming messages that the phone seems to be
receiving? outgoing SMS and voice in and out work fine, by the way.
nothing contemporaneous with delivery seems to be logged in fsogsmd.log;
the only thing in there that looks like an error is
