Have you tried the kernel parameter suggested in http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/SanDisk/SDSDQ-016G-E11M#Linux_2.6.32 ? Given that on NAND, there is no /boot, does Qi take any notice of the contents of /boot/append-GTA[123]? How can I check?
