Oh yes, you were right! In that config file a theme was set. Now I've
changed it to "default" and the contacts and sms windows are correctly
displayed. I'll check when somebody will call me if the answering window
works too, but at this poin I think it will

sounds like a broken theme to me.
What do you have in /usr/share/libphone-ui-shr ? Is there a conf file

theme set?
