The JFFS2 image worked (once I switched the bootloader), I have written
myself a script to quickly make almost all of the changes I make to a
fresh install, so I can reflash with ubi once an image is working, or I
guess I could boot from SD, format NAND to UBI and install that way.
Even on a fresh install, I still had GSM stop working a while after a
suspend.
