Please note that this property probably has to be set in
/etc/phonefsod.conf not in phoneuid.conf.
However, there is definitely a bug opening the message, resulting in a
white screen.
So I suggest to set the show_incoming_sms by default to false, instead
of to true in SHR testing 2011.1.
